Oh, I love POV-Ray! I built an island c. 1994. Took a solid day to render on a 486. I still dream of going there.

I messed with it and made a few scenes in high school

I learned C in order to generate scene files of a gothic cathedral and quickly swamped my available hardware (just as it was getting good!)
