With 10min corridor entry timing there's a pretty good chance of a plane flying next to you. I've definitely seen "neighbors" a few times.

At least across CONUS odd flight levels (35kft eg) are for heading east & even (36k) for westbound.

So neighbors seems likely but you usually have a few miles lateral separation.. not what's going on here!

Looks like the top plane is crossing slightly left to right. Maybe they're both heading north-ish?
