I think it's gonna be hard to come to terms on twitter (esp with dense and possibly tautological shorthand like "smart person") but
What I'd like to see is for it to be possible for an average person to create something rewarding in a matter of hours or at most an evening

An aspect of the problem is that the things that would affect people's lives are not codeable

I think automating lights in house is a rating thing that only now getting towards doable for non-geeks

I don't think, for example, balancing a binary tree will be rewarding for many because it doesn't touch their lives
