Oh, no. It's an editor called Yi, written in Haskell. I've been playing around with it, and I wrote the Solarized colorscheme port.
Try as I might, I never really felt at home with Emacs Lisp, so a Haskell-scriptable editor is awesome. I didn't expect it to be usable.
I somehow assumed Yi was dead.
