An interesting question to ask is where this all goes, and what happens next? How do behaviors change for a more functional Silicon Valley?

Feels like a moment for a small Valley employment law firm to make a name for themselves as aggressive & *progressive* counsel for startups.
-
To expand on that a bit: cheap, "off the shelf" legal advice is (1) mostly what startups get and (2) inherently conservative.
-
It'd be interesting to see
@clerkyinc or something similar explicitly promote their HR advice as being less conservative, more pro-D&I. -
(hiring/recruiting tools are starting to do this, which is great, but not so much law firms that I've seen.)
-
(would love to be wrong and see examples of pro-D&I employment law firms!)
