I trust experts who say the conditions are bad, and after reading that report, I understand completely why workers would be tempted to leak.
Perhaps Uber employees are not exactly in the best position to lecture others on appropriate workplace conditions.

These numbers aren't what we can conceive of being able to live on in the US in USD but it's a different scenario in practice
I'm well aware of the difference in cost of living, and going from reports by labor groups.
They also have to work significantly longer hours than what we'd consider normal, which would be another incentive.
