Yes for sure! I do them all the time. 0.7mm drill for 0.6mm OD/0.4mm ID. Single sided first best opt, but most of my designs are double.
Many, but this particular one was done with @cirqoid which can do a little finer pitch (0.2mm traces with 0.2mm isolation).
