And if perhaps in your social context you're more used to requests than commands, a programming language could be created in that context

Sysadmin 101: it's supposed to be hard to do things with high privilege. The barrier is there to force you to stop & think.

Particularly with UNIX-like systems where privilege is binary. Change the model and other options open up.

sudo adds logging, but won't help you if you accidentally wreck your system because program you ran wasn't what you wanted.
