Per dollar spent, giving people scholarships is super wasteful. Lowering cost of attendance would be far more impactful, among other things.
Okay, I don't think Nicki Minaj has the latter superpower but if she did I am currently convinced she would use it.
I also believe that college attendance predicated on Nicki Minaj is a powerful and damning statement about the current state of higher ed.
