"Great Name!" I usually just say "you too" or "I will pass the compliment along to my parents."
At this point sometimes people will even ask "how did you pick your name?" and I contemplate that I persist out of sheer stubbornness.

I did go to Burning Man and told people my name was Jen for a week. People gently encouraged me to pick a Playa Name. It was great.
