TBC I'm not seeing burnout quite: One found a way to relocate and work remotely, the other is switching careers so to get to the new city

Yeah. I've seen a lot of internet rage quits, and moves to product.

Yeah, then it's probably good to be specific that these people are in fact not at all fed up with tech, the moves are purely for family.
