I must admit I have already logged into my google account on computers I did not own while traveling in the early 2000s

I have since lost my ability to stare out a window for 14 hours while entubed with hundreds of strangers

I have also lost any trust in computers and privacy so I am not sure what threat model to contemplate especially while on a plane

I would probably accept some promise of secure wipe / no solid state memory and changing my passwords later

I don't think Chromebooks would pass the device test. If iPads can't get on, what makes you think Chromebooks would?

the inflight entertainment system is a computer that runs Linux so what's the difference? Why not have a few more computers
