Great point! I've noticed that some people's answers do rapidly improve with iteration, which is always fun.
I have also liked asking "what do you know about what you do that most people don't / aren't aware of"

eg rather than "what's a time you learned you were wrong about something" (slightly unpleasant & perhaps an intimate admit)
