I feel like reasonable branching factors for rubrication are between 4 and 64. 104 is too many. Needs more hierarchy.
"Ooh this new engineering book is shorter than it looked, numbered only up to 104! Great, I'll.." 
"..ohh wait it's 104 *chapters*.."
