Time theses 1) if something is unimportant, you must make absolutely sure that it does not get done. Do not spend any time on it at all.

corollary: 2) If you do spend time on something, you are inherently elevating it to importance. (You can’t help this.)

None of this helps with deciding what *to* do. So far, 3) if something is of long-term importance, wait as long as possible to decide.
