@starsandrobots@sjfloat Used to do a lot of analog elec design; I avoided chip pitches smaller than SOIC at all costs. -
@starsandrobots@sjfloat Also, update your schematics as you go along! I wish EDA software was better at that; drew on paper+scanned myself. -
@starsandrobots@sjfloat I'd actually end up with a git repo full of scans; kept originals and used pencil so I could erase/redraw as needed -
@starsandrobots@sjfloat Test points! I used 5015KCT-ND from digikey so much I remember the part number over a year and a half later. -
