@starsandrobots@zooko On the other hand, "If it works, do it" could be viewed as asserting that the greedy algorithm works rejecting purity -
@starsandrobots@zooko In practice, sometimes you have to pursue purity, even though the payoff is down the road; can't always be greedy.
