Better public transit would also be good, but we have made so many decisions so far that have led us to where we are, I welcome this salve.

Ridesharing apps started as black cars for the privileged doing annoying things like picking people up at bus stops. We did not ban them.

Ridesharing has since become both more “affordable” and also accepted, indesepnsible. Why deny that same utility from being provided more accessibly to more people?

They’ve just arrived here in KC and the backlash has started. I watch who is riding and it’s not (only) tech bros. It’s families, couples, tour groups, commuters, everyone. So handy for a quick errand across town. Love them!
