Dude, even if it got operational today, it would not save Bitcoin! Don't you get it? Lightning is not a Bitcoin system! Stop being so ignorant, a system created by 1 corporation (centralisation in itself), funded by bankers (RED FLAG right there) is NOT Bitcoin scaling solution!
