    Apps that help strengthen relationships is one of the things I’m most excited about

    Product Idea: What’s Up Simple voice driven social product. Every morning you say what you have going on to an app / Alexa / google home what have you. And then you can hear what your friends have going on as well. Spawns conversations. Meetups. Helping each other out.

    Great thread on understanding the argument, from someone who was there at its creation ~15 years ago. Timely, given today’s marches

    So I have missed a lot here, but i think national security experts miss the point that the progressive call to is not just a knee-jerk anger at cops. It is also a recognition that they aren't doing what we built them to do. 17/

    I realized this c.2016 and have been pivoting my life and career toward it ever since. I had yet to articulate it as well as Arlan does here. I’m blown away she fit it all in a tweet👇🏼

    The meaning of life to me is doing as much for other people as possible, for as long as possible. Taking care of myself in order to do those things sustainably, effectively and infused with joy is of the utmost importance. Give, replenish, give more. Simple as that.

    Apprehensions of undocumented immigrants along the southwest border were at a 46-year low last year. The President is attempting to manufacture a crisis out of whole cloth.

    We cannot allow all of these people to invade our Country. When somebody comes in, we must immediately, with no Judges or Court Cases, bring them back from where they came. Our system is a mockery to good immigration policy and Law and Order. Most children come without parents...

    Today’s America: A 6-year old Guatemalan girl is ripped away from her father after he sought asylum and a better life. She just celebrated her birthday alone and cries so hard she vomits.

    The crux of Uber's law-breaking growth strategy was contractors are in their cars at all times, so there was no simple enforcement option like with scooters. Wonder if any are considering on-demand pickup/drop-off (w/ private property hubs?) to similarly avoid enforcement

    Scooters are an early indication of what batteries plus software plus autonomy might do to cars. Scooters compete with walking, yes but they also unbundle an on-demand ride in an old-fashioned car.
