        @standaloneSA I don't believe direct regulation of system administration will happen, partly for social and cynical reasons.

        @standaloneSA If people can't even make gestures towards unionization, 'you must be licensed or you can't work' is an even harder sell.

        @standaloneSA I can't see a path that doesn't tilt that way. Outside regulation takes safety; internally driven regulation is profit-driven.

        @thatcks I also don't see why you can't have an internal push to safety and responsibility. You have to have an "inside" first, though
