3 years. But a newly-qualified nurse wouldn't fill roles such as clinical nurse specialists, advanced nurse practitioners etc who need a much higher level of experience and training. Staff retention is as important as recruitment.

I’m starting my physiotherapy degree next year - this would be brilliant - however they also need the placements and mentors etc so they need to find that as well and increase placement opportunities
