Crying over spilled milk is a real thing. When my kid spilled milk and I didn't cry, that was my "Aha!" moment.
When I was about 6, my parents which were very poor got us KFC (a very rare thing). I spilled the whole barrel of fried chicken on the (dirty) carpet... Just writing this tweet thinking about this made me cry.
