Sorry to sound cynical, but this feels like a cop out. This isn't about the trade structure. Who were the MMs you worked with? Did they have any sway over the board? Which VCs were allowed to cash out their UST/LUNA tranches, if such a thing happened internally? Any logs?

No vcs were allowed to cash out anything - no backroom deals of any kind exist. we are trying to see if we can name counterparties in the trades, but confidentiality will need to be waived for us to be able to do this

I understand. It's probably been real hard on you. I was more interested in the specific reason, since in-house counsel sometimes leave when they can no longer ethically/legally carry out their responsibilities (ie. if they discover internal fraud or burning of evidence).

As much as I understand you will get compensation but not full value. However they was saying protect small investors so you will get something for sure. If it would be rugpull like other people screamed you wouldn't get anything

Probably naïve but I still support Do Kwon. He’s been attacked from every angle. I don’t think there’s many people in this world with good intentions, but I think he’s one. Im investing in Luna 2.0 despite all the accusations. Mistakes were made, but he’s the man to solve it
