I propose the pre-depeg snapshot should be representative ALL of a wallet’s TVL (in collateral, luna, ust, terra alts) to be counted to the distribution or new $luna airdrops.

Bro quit playing just implement a 10% buy and sell tax for every transaction on $LUNA. Then use that to burn the supply. Tons of volume is traded a day. 8% gets burnt, 2% goes to previous $LUNA and $UST holders before the depeg proportional to their holdings

You should listen to cz that fork wont solve. Burn is the way to go even 0.2% help and another 0.2% to aid the builder communities.
