Because is more USDC and tether that can be cendorsed. What good is a decentralized stable of its backed by centralized?

good argument but isn't bitcoin backed by miners which can be censored?, my point is that ultimately everything will be backed by something that can be censored. is up to us to choose where to put our trust, perhaps 50% $UST / 50% $DAI is the move.

Or, why hold $UST “dollars” that may be deemed ilegal in some countries when you can hold real US Dollars ?
