well you could publish that fact, sounds newsworthy, no? (btw on twitter space he said sale didn’t take place yet) bitcoin magazine routinely publishes speculative stuff like “random politician plans to maybe introduce bitcoin bill” the terra story isn’t any less credible

One of them is a politician (who is an elected official in a country) saying something that clearly happened. The other is (worst case scenario) a coin hyping a hypothetical sale for marketing purposes. Not the same.

i am genuinely at a loss for words here the willingness to take the words of a politician as gospel, while ignoring innovators because they might be marketing things (who isn’t????) used to be so off-brand for bitcoin. what happened

the story makes sense pete. no matter what you think of their ventures, they credibly have the funds and can carry out what they are talking about. whether or not they will i don’t know. but the means are there, motivation is there, seems much more credible than volcano city

Dude just listen to the Spaces. People are so quick to come at you sideways without a once of research. It reminds me of the people in tech who assume any new addition to an integration flow is another P0INTE OFE FAILUREE. Well, maybe that broker is a value add component.
