The deal actually was done in the US, since the Nationals is a US based team. So it serves as a good case study in how a Dao might enter into contracts.

I love CT lawyers arguing with CT lawyers over credit for innovaty lawyer things that only CT lawyers could possibly care about 😆. I get it. We get to “innovate” maybe once in a career. So dual away.
