Uncollateralised loans for real estate. Secured by the proprety itself: people apply for a loan by filling out standardised form. 3 categories of financing: low 100k$-500k$ medium 500k$-1M$ high 1M$-2M$. Humans (not sure AI can manage that) check forms and select the applicants.
