Over 38% of Luna is staked, with a 21 day lock. Information is easily google-able. Most lack of awareness is likely intentional ignorance at this stage, it did get to top 10 after all.

Do Kwon, one request.... The luna once UNSTAKED , should return back to the original wallet. My terra station account was hacked, and the hacker unstaked the luna and diverted the luna to his account once unbonding period is over. The unbonding period gets over tomo.
