Crude way to do this is divide your keys in two parts, and keep one in bank locker and another one with people you want to inherit them. Or create a protocol based on DAO which manages such claims including insurance and stuff.

Wealthy families put in so much effort planning inheritance, nepotism etc. I doubt this will have much actual impact
