This might be a noob thing to ask, but why is the insured amount the aUST at 1:1 to UST? So basically in a hack, people who bought ozone would get paid less than their principal?

I get it. So if 1 aUST < 1 UST, you will be paid 1 UST for every 1 aUST protected. But why would aUST be < 1 UST? Isn’t it a yield token that accrue 20% per year on UST?

Yeah I don’t get it too. I have say 10k UST deposited and say I have 8k aUST in my wallet in receipt. I protect 8k aUST in risk harbour but if paid out in a claim, I only get 8k UST?
