#LUNAtics as of now the top 10 validators by voting power have a total of 43.35% voting power between them. This is not decentralised. Not saying they “would” come together to control votes but they “could”. Pls reconsider your delegations.

Rather than "in the top x", would it be better to say "with over a y%" voting power? Theoretically, you could get widely decentralized and have a large number of validators with a low percent, and someone would always be top 10.

Agree with this comment. It’s not clear what the endgame is here. Do you just want endless escape from the top ten validators? If so, just randomize the validator set like Algorand does.

couldn't we implement a saturation pool paramater? so that saturated stake pools have decreased staking rewards, while making this apparent in Terra Station. Stakers would then be incentivised to migrate to smaller stakepools thus furthering decentralisation. (Might be dumb idea)

How about eliminating the airdrop for delegators to validators with over a certain percentage voting power. If we do the top ten then it’s possible that as the voting power decentralizes people play musical chairs with validators when the goal is already accomplished.

Hard disagree. You can stake to a validator because you want to invest in that dev team. The idea that a dev team should be punished for rewarding the people who invested in them is misplaced.
