4/ raising concerns to management (you) is a easy ticket to getting black listed by TFL (no chance of receiving further support).
My anonymous tips may not be actionable, but they are real - and the closest I can get to sharing feedback directly.

This is written for a good purpose, but it seems that they do not listen to the words around them.
Hope the team of employees will come forward to fend the boss. to prove that it's untrue.
