4/ raising concerns to management (you) is a easy ticket to getting black listed by TFL (no chance of receiving further support). My anonymous tips may not be actionable, but they are real - and the closest I can get to sharing feedback directly.

Not too hard to believe there is a culture of fear when you're responding to tweets by the Anchor team publicly telling them they are not working hard enough. Maybe was "just a joke" (although was not my impression), but doesn't exactly scream supportive work environment/culture.
