4/ if you felt people aren’t helping the community well, should really confront colleagues to do that better or raise concerns to management - your anonymous tips arent actionable
4/ raising concerns to management (you) is a easy ticket to getting black listed by TFL (no chance of receiving further support).
My anonymous tips may not be actionable, but they are real - and the closest I can get to sharing feedback directly.

Organisations (even decentralised ones) can also seek anonymous feedback before it gets to this point. This is just one such platform
