1/ some good points! 2/ If any tfl employee not currently in negotiations can show they are being paid below market i will double their pay - gladly 3/ don’t shit on the GMs - its not easy building a protocol and they’re growing quickly

4/ raising concerns to management (you) is a easy ticket to getting black listed by TFL (no chance of receiving further support). My anonymous tips may not be actionable, but they are real - and the closest I can get to sharing feedback directly.
