I feel that the broader community has no idea what really goes on behind the scenes.

1/ some good points!
2/ If any tfl employee not currently in negotiations can show they are being paid below market i will double their pay - gladly
3/ don’t shit on the GMs - its not easy building a protocol and they’re growing quickly
4/ if you felt people aren’t helping the community well, should really confront colleagues to do that better or raise concerns to management - your anonymous tips arent actionable

4/ raising concerns to management (you) is a easy ticket to getting black listed by TFL (no chance of receiving further support).
My anonymous tips may not be actionable, but they are real - and the closest I can get to sharing feedback directly.

Old guy here, who has been c-level in high growth tech companies for 30 years.
If these issues didn't exist at Terra I would be shocked.
Not excusing it but high growth is hard to handle.
I don't know the structure but, I would hope that Do has/gets a COO he trusts 100%.
