Instead, i propose that anc borrow incentives are given in a weighted fashion to wallets with a lower propensity to sell / higher lunatic score Also suggest we remove liquidity incentives when cex listings happen

Propensity to sell is a-lot more phycological/behavioral than it appears. There is no model that will accurately predict what a person will do in the future (long term or short term). People sell for different reasons, why don’t we understand that first, instead? 🤔
