Instead, i propose that anc borrow incentives are given in a weighted fashion to wallets with a lower propensity to sell / higher lunatic score Also suggest we remove liquidity incentives when cex listings happen

I mean create an Anchored score if you want The point is, anc protocols problem is to improve spending efficacy, not to spend a third of the income on buybacks
