1/ Staking rewards for $luna have continued to climb since the start of the burn & have now overtaken $sol with a current $luna APR of 7.28%

stating this to be >10% once the burn is complete. $sol current staking rewards are 6.81% APR

So once the burn is complete is gonna come back down again? How does this work?

No Ser. The staking rewards are distributed over two years. So they will remain high for a long time :)
