Stop catering to VC and tries to give value to MINE holders. First of all make a DAO, even newer/smaller projects has a DAO like terrafloki, spec. Second, stop with the scout bullshit, sure it gives tons of money to the project but think of lost goodwill after it dumps after iCO

What about the projects launching with pylon scout ser? If one of the requirement of pylon scout is they don't have any private investor/presale then it's fair enough (although I still think noobs will FOMO and get rekt)
