Best to let the market decide. There are more dexs than just Osmosis that will adopt $ust in the Cosmos and Terra ecosystems. They should be the ones that provide the incentives to attract traffic.

IBC is one thing, and if the other side needs $UST liquidity, they should bring it. I would rather have community funds used for terra ecosystem. Why does need to flood another 1-2 DEXs, tomorrow if two more Dex open up, then what?
