I don't think a matching program for liquidity incentives would be all that different from the proposal. Matching osmo incentives on osmosis could be the first incentive for increasing pool depth for osmo/ust and osmo/luna pairs. The same could be done fot atom on gravity.

This proposal makes no sense for $luna holders, this will only enabler large osmo / atom holders to farm Luna and potentially dump the yields. If we want an incentive program, let’s use it to bring liquidity to Terra ….
