- Burns all seigniorage from minting Terra stablecoins (extreme EIP-1559 like dynamics)
- Increases LUNA staking rewards by pushing swap revenues to stakers
- Performance upgrades

3/ Columbus-5 will also herald a flood of new applications that have been waiting in the sidelines due to breaking changes in the contract interface from columbus-4.
With the passage of this proposal we expect the beginning of a vibrant new chapter for the Terra ecosystem.
