Seeing a lot of anon LARP on CT recently. Anon makes sense for personal security. Can also make sense for brand/mythology/making a statement. That said, having an anime photo and fake name on Twitter is pretty different from the opsec required to evade a nation state. twitter.com/0mllwntrmt3/st…

No disagreement between Satoshi and what Hayden wrote. Hayden is criticizing the privacy LARPers. Satoshi put huge effort into his, didn’t just use an avatar and fake name.

I think it’s really hard. Heck, TOR is probably practically compromised (tons of exit nodes in Washington DC, likely run by NSA for example.) maybe if people only use burner phones and only have 1 app installed? So much leaks from metadata.

Wow. Opsec isn’t hard? No. How many interviews did Satoshi do? How many podcasts have you been on? How many VC’s/fintechs are involved in Terra eco? Do they have ties in the US? Don’t $UST & mAssets need on/off ramps? All pressure points that can be used to stifle/hurt Terra

Public displays of defiance this early will only antagonize regulators & make you, TFL & terra teams/VC’s huge targets. Mass adoption is a journey & still a long ways away. We’d rather they not make Terra’s journey unbearable.
