Could someone explain what these insurances are against? Is it smart contract risk or...something else? I do not really understand. Thanks! An example would be best!

Recently one of the TFL team said it initially plans to cover Earn. That's all he said no further info. But I imagine it covers those investing in Anchor flat rate.
