We’ve just had our first governance proposals of Mirror V2 end, and they both resulted in a rejection due to not reaching quorum.
Obviously, this is not a good sign for the new governance but we can already see that it has increased participation compared to previous polls.

hmm makes sense, I guess I was under the impression the "Abstain" vote will be used if voters aren't interested in that particular poll

There is no virtue in forcing people to press a button when they are not interested in the outcome.
Labor is not fundamentally valuable.
There is virtue in encouraging involvement in a democratic process, even merely for the sake of it.
I don’t even know how to respond to the latter statement.
