Airdrops are split evenly among the delegators of rest of the validators - this means that if you delegate to a validator with 10k voting power, you will get 1000x the airdrops vs doing so for a 10M stake validator
For those looking to redelegate to a new, up and coming validator!!
By staking with Angel you:
1️⃣ Donate to charity
2️⃣ Bootstrap the Angel Protocol
3️⃣ Receive an extra proportion of $HALO
Over 40,000+ LUNA has decided to stake with Angel.
1/ We'd like to take this moment to give a huge THANK YOU to the @terra_money community. Over 40K $LUNA has now been delegated to the Angel Protocol validator!
10% of all proceeds will go directly to charity (100% once we're fully funded). #LUNAtics have hearts of gold twitter.com/AngelProtocol/…
Stuck in the 21-day redelegation to Capapult to support them (top 5, even with low voting power), & http://Orion.Money (with 24M delegated to it). Hope we have a window to adjust 🤦♂️. Got a chunk on Angel Protocol, at least.
is a non-profit validator, would they be granted amnesty from the no air drop top 5? I know they're not currently there but I'd hate to see them stop getting fed if people think no air drop vs charity?
This is a beautiful sentiment friend! Decentralization of the network is still paramount. If we had that much staked already we’d encourage people to donate on our protocol instead. But since we’re still so small (0.02% voting), Nebula airdrops provide incentive to stake with us!
I redelegated to less than .02% voting power. Woke up concerned Orion exposed voting power can be bought; They amassed a lot of control in very short time. If others follow, voting very centralized/self serving. And Staking should not swing with airdrops. Can this be addressed?
