If the community pool is burnt, are there any options provided by Terra for those looking to build within Terra ecosystem? Or will it mean they will need to seek their own funding?

Current outstanding Luna in the community pool is 72M, we are burning 67M (which was the community pool balance when the proposal was made)
There should be more than enough left over for builders ... also all associated protocols have their own community pools all over 100M USD worth of coins
