Strongly agree with #1. This is why I've never purchased crypto insurance. Was hoping that distribution of payment would not require a human-in-the-loop.
You have more faith in Ozone owners than I do. If the claim ends up being sufficiently large, their Ozone bag is definitely worthless if it pays out and maybe worthless if they veto.
This would maybe be better if the claims assessors could either somehow be guaranteed to be 1) neutral, informed 3rd parties or 2) have immediate and strong incentive to properly pay out claims.
